Clarifier
The Clarifier is an AI feature that monitors respondent answers during a live survey and steps in when a response is unclear, off-topic, or too short to be useful. Rather than accepting a vague or confused answer and moving on, the Clarifier will gently ask the respondent to elaborate without repeating the original question verbatim. Example:- Question: “How did you hear about us?”
- Respondent: “25”
- Clarifier: “Just to clarify, in what way did you hear about us - was it through a conversation, a recommendation, or something else?”
